As there are more and more business opportunities in the rising Mainland China, the Chinese language has become a more popular language in recent years. Throughout the world, learning Chinese language has become a fashion. According to statistics, the population of Chinese-speakers has exceeded 1.3 billion. With the growth of the market of Mainland China, the number of people learning Chinese is increasing day by day. It is roughly estimated that there are more than 30 million people learning Chinese. Presently, more than 2,500 universities in some 100 countries have set up Chinese language courses. Many senior high schools have set up Chinese language courses in response to the global rush of Chinese language learning. Currently, the Chinese language has been listed as an Advanced Placement Program. The average age of people learning Chinese is becoming younger. Consequently, the market demand for teachers and textbooks is increasing drastically. Seeing such a huge Chinese learning market, the government of Mainland China has been vigorously marketing teachers and textbooks to various places throughout the world and, at the same time, actively attracting foreign students to China to study Chinese and various other disciplines. By utilizing the whole country\'s resources, offering free textbooks and teachers, China has established more than 150 Confucius Institutes throughout the world. The country also holds HSK (Chinese Language Proficiency Test), trying to dominate the development of Chinese language. Therefore, in order to change Taiwan into an important stronghold of Chinese language learning, Taiwan must establish different educational models, tools, and textbooks in response to Mainland China\'s policy and situation on Chinese language teaching so as to find Taiwan\'s advantages in Chinese language teaching. Currently, Taiwan has advantages in the IT and Communication industries. It has also laid down a solid foundation for its e-Learning & Digital Archives Program. Through the innovative application of digital technology, it can export its Chinese language teaching solutions to the world, and establish its educational technology industry that can be marketed to the global market. In particular, with the expansion of the contents, platform, and service of Chinese language, Taiwan will have an opportunity to become a strategic center for the operation of global Chinese language resources. In order to innovatively expand the application of Taiwan e-Learning & Digital Archives Program, promote the development of humanity, society, and industry of the country so as to present Taiwan\'s experience to international society, expand its international stage, achieve sustainable operation of its important cultural heritage, develop the e-learning industry and promote its application in education, this project, taking the development of digital teaching of Chinese language as its focus, aims to secure Taiwan\'s position in international digital teaching of Chinese language and spread Taiwan values.
